Every year, there is a province-wide Professional Development (Pro-D) day for all teachers in BC. Each Provincial Specialist Association (PSA) has the possibility of offering a conference for teachers to share ideas, approaches, questions and resources with colleagues. You are expected to develop your professional skills by attending one of these amazing conferences (or a parallel event offered by a museum or other organization on that day).
